Airtable Integration
'Connect Airtable to Supervity, authorize access, and use Airtable bases, tables, and records in operators and workflows.'
This guide explains how to connect Airtable to Supervity, what data is available after connection, how operators can use Airtable data and actions within workflows, and how to remove the integration when needed.
Overview
The Supervity Airtable integration allows your workspace to securely connect Airtable as a governed platform capability.
Once connected, operators and workflows can use Airtable data and actions to automate database processes, manage tables and schemas, organize records, and coordinate data-driven operations across systems.
With the Airtable integration, Supervity can:
- Access and list bases from your Airtable account
- Retrieve schema details for specific bases and tables
- List and query records in tables (supporting filtering, sorting, and pagination)
- Create new records in tables
- Update field values of existing records
- Delete records when they are no longer needed
- Use Airtable bases and records as context for operators
- Trigger workflows based on database updates
All Airtable access is governed through Supervity's security, permissions, and audit controls.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Airtable, ensure you have:
- An active Supervity workspace
- An Airtable account
- Permission to authorize applications on your Airtable account
- Access to the bases and tables you want to manage
Depending on your Airtable workspace configuration, some operations or bases may require administrator approval or specific user permissions within your organization.
